A food supplier for hotels and caterers.
SixDessert is a production kitchen in Kajang, making desserts and speciality items to order in volumes built around your service.
Made to order, never made for the shelf
SixDessert was set up to produce against confirmed orders, and that shapes everything about how we work. There is no shop counter and no shelf stock, so nothing you receive was made before you asked for it. That is what lets us hold one specification across a fifty-piece office order and a thousand-piece hotel run, and it is what buyers who serve guests actually need from a food supplier: the same result in March that they signed off in January.
Kitchen
Kajang, Selangor. Production, finishing and packing under one roof.
Production
Made to order in bulk. Slots are scheduled against your date, not our stock.
Buyers
Hotels, caterers and event companies, plus private bulk orders from the public.
Inside the Kajang kitchen
Production, finishing and packing happen in the same facility, which keeps handling to a minimum and gives us a single point of control over quality. For a trade buyer that also means one place to ask questions and one team accountable for what arrives at your loading bay, instead of a chain of intermediaries who each point at the one before them.
If your procurement process needs documentation, ask early and we will tell you exactly what we can provide and what we cannot. We would rather answer that honestly at the quote stage than leave you to find out during an audit. Kitchen and quality Halal and compliance
The team behind the bar
The same team that develops a product is the team that produces it at volume, and that is deliberate rather than a limitation. Speciality work such as tempering chocolate or toasting pastry to the right point does not survive being handed down a line of people who were not there when the recipe was settled. Keeping development and production together is how a product still tastes like itself at the thousandth piece.
It also means you are talking to the kitchen rather than to a sales desk. When you ask whether something can be made a particular way for your menu, the answer comes back from the person who would have to make it, which is usually faster and always more honest. Our story
What we make
Kunafa Pistachio Chocolate Bar is where we started, and it is one product from the kitchen rather than the whole of it. The range grows as buyers ask for things, which is usually how a new item begins here.
Kunafa Pistachio Chocolate Bar
A thick chocolate shell filled with pistachio and toasted kunafa pastry, produced at a scale that lets a hotel put it on a dessert table or a caterer build it into a set menu. Product details
The Dubai Chewy
A 55 g cocoa-coated chewy cookie filled with pistachio and kunafa. One piece per person, no chilling needed. Product details
More products are in development, and some of what leaves this kitchen never appears on this page at all because it was developed for one buyer under their own label. If you are planning a menu or a season and want something specific, tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it properly at your volume. All products Private label and OEM
How it presents
Presentation is part of the specification, not something decided at the end. What arrives should suit your service format without your team reworking it on the day, because a dessert that needs fixing before it goes out costs you labour at exactly the wrong hour.
Who we supply
Three kinds of buyers order from us, and each one needs something different from a supplier.
Hotels
Consistency, documentation and a kitchen that answers the phone. We work to your specification, your packing format and your delivery window, and we keep the product identical from one order to the next so your F and B team is not re-approving it every quarter. Hotel supply
Caterers and event companies
Volume on a date that cannot move. Tell us the headcount and the service time and we will build the production run around it, including split deliveries when one event runs across two venues. If a date is tight, we will say so before you commit rather than after. Caterer supply
Offices and private bulk orders
You do not need a business account to order from us, but you do need to order in bulk. Office celebrations, weddings, kenduri, door gifts and festive hampers all work well, and the ordering process is the same one our trade buyers use. Bulk orders
What supply from us looks like
Four things a trade buyer usually wants to know before the first order, answered the same way every time.
A specification that holds
We agree the product, the format and the packing once, then produce to it. If anything about a run has to change, you hear it from us before delivery rather than discovering it on delivery day.
A production slot, not a queue
Your order is scheduled against your date. Confirming early matters most in festive season, when slots fill before the calendar does.
Packed for how you will use it
Individually packed for gifts and events, or your own packaging for a private label run.
One point of contact
You deal with the kitchen directly, so questions about capability, substitution or timing get an answer from someone who can actually commit to it.
Tell us what you are planning
Whether it is a hotel dessert programme, a catering run or one office celebration, the first step is the same. Send us the details and we will come back with a quote and a date we can hold.
