Where we are
Our kitchen is in Kajang, Selangor. It is a production facility rather than a shop, so there is no counter to walk up to and nothing held in stock for collection. Everything leaves against a confirmed order.

What happens after you send it
We read it and reply
If we have everything we need, the reply is a written quote with a unit price, the minimum order for that product and a lead time we can commit to. If something is missing, we will ask for that one thing rather than send you a form.
If we cannot do it
You will hear that plainly and early. A date we cannot meet or a specification outside what this kitchen can produce properly is better said now than after you have planned around us.
If it is urgent
Say so in the first line and give us the date. We will tell you quickly whether a slot exists, because in festive weeks the honest answer is sometimes no and you need that answer today rather than on Friday. The ordering process
