Why the catalogue is a conversation, not a rate card
A printed catalogue has to fix a price, a minimum and a shelf life against every item. For a made-to-order kitchen all three move with the packing format, the quantity and the delivery, which means a fixed catalogue would be wrong for most of the orders it was meant to serve.
So this page lists what we make and the formats we make it in. The figures that matter to your order arrive with the quote, where they are specific to you and where you can hold us to them. Ask for the full catalogue and you get the product sheets alongside a quote rather than instead of one.

Kunafa Pistachio Chocolate Bar
A tempered chocolate shell filled with pistachio and toasted kunafa pastry. Best where it is opened in front of someone: door gifts taken home, hampers, and dessert tables where pieces are taken rather than displayed for hours. Product page
The Dubai Chewy
The same filling in a softer set with a pull to it. Holds better at ambient temperature over a long afternoon, which makes it the safer specification for outdoor events, open houses and anything displayed or transported. Product page

Formats every product is available in
Format is a specification decision rather than a preference. It changes the unit price, the minimum and the lead time.
Individually packed
Every piece is sealed on its own, one per pack. Nothing arrives loose for your team to portion, and no other packing format is offered.
Chilled or ambient
Kunafa Pistachio Chocolate Bar is a chilled product and has to be received into cold storage. The Dubai Chewy needs no chilling, which is what makes it workable for outdoor events, long functions and venues without a fridge. Delivery and packaging
