You get a written quote
Unit price, the minimum for that product, and a delivery date we can commit to. If something in your request is missing, we will ask for that one thing rather than send you back to the form.
Nothing is booked yet
A quote is a price, not a reservation. Your production slot is locked when you accept it, which matters most in festive weeks when slots go before dates do.
If we cannot do your date
