A hotel dessert supplier that works to your specification.
We produce to a written spec, in your packing format, against your delivery window, and we hold it order after order.
What hotels actually need from a dessert supplier
Flavour gets a supplier through the tasting. It is not what keeps them on the list. What decides whether an item stays on your menu is whether the fortieth delivery matches the one your F and B team signed off, because the moment it does not, somebody has to justify it and the easiest fix is to drop the item.
So this page is not about how good the product tastes. You can judge that from a sample. It is about the three things a hotel dessert supplier has to get right afterwards, every single time, without being chased.
Specification
Agreed in writing before the first run, not renegotiated during it.
Repeatability
The same product on reorder, so nothing goes back through approval.
Accountability
One kitchen, one contact, no chain of intermediaries to chase.
Where the product fits in your service
The same item is finished and packed differently depending on where it lands, and a hotel dessert supplier should be able to quote all four of these formats without hesitating. Decide yours before you ask for pricing, because it changes both the unit cost and the lead time.
Buffet and dessert stations
Individually wrapped, so guests handle the piece and not your team. Nothing needs portioning on the floor and the display holds its appearance through a long sitting instead of degrading after the first hour.
Plated and set menus
The bar arrives individually packed at roughly 250 g, so your pastry section portions from a sealed product rather than an open tray. It is a chilled item, so plan storage before service and bring it up about an hour beforehand so the filling opens out.
Room amenities and VIP
Small counts, packed individually, often with your property name on the packaging rather than ours. This is the format most likely to need a private label run, so it needs the longest lead time. Private label and OEM
Banquet and events
Volume against a fixed service time. Tell us when it goes out rather than only the date, and if one booking runs across two function rooms or two days, say so at the quote stage so the delivery can be split properly.
Repeatability is the whole job of a hotel dessert supplier
An item your team approves in January has to arrive the same way in March, in June, and on every reorder after that. If it drifts, the approval conversation restarts, someone has to defend the change to a guest or a manager, and the item quietly disappears from the menu. That is not usually a taste failure. It is a supplier who was making to a spec at the start and making to habit by the fourth order.
We produce against a confirmed order rather than from stock, which is what makes this possible. Every run is made for a specific delivery, to a specification agreed before production, in batches sized to that order. Nothing arrives at your loading bay because it needed to be moved before it aged. How the kitchen works
How we work with your F and B team
Four points where a working relationship with a hotel dessert supplier either holds together or comes apart. We would rather be explicit about all four now than discover a mismatch on your first banquet.
Sampling and specification
You sample, then we write down what you approved: product, piece weight, format, packing, and anything you want excluded. That document is what we produce against, and it is what you hold us to.
Packaging, ours or yours
Our packaging or yours. Moving to your own packaging later is a new quote rather than an adjustment, because it changes the work on our side and the cost on yours.
Delivery windows
We schedule against your service time, not just your date. If a window is genuinely tight for us, you will hear that before you confirm rather than on the morning.
Changes and problems
One kitchen, one contact. If something is wrong with a delivery, you speak to the people who produced it and get a decision, not a case number and a callback.
How it presents on your service
Presentation is part of the specification, not something a hotel dessert supplier decides at the end. What arrives should suit your format without your pastry section reworking it during service.
What we currently supply
We work as a hotel dessert supplier rather than a general manufacturer, and two products are currently in production: Kunafa Pistachio Chocolate Bar, a tempered shell filled with pistachio and toasted kunafa pastry, and The Dubai Chewy, a softer format that needs no chilling and holds better at ambient temperature through a long sitting. For a buffet running four hours in a warm function room, The Dubai Chewy is usually the safer specification.
If you need something developed for a specific menu or season, that is a separate conversation and a longer timeline, and we will tell you honestly whether this kitchen can produce it properly at your volume before you build a menu around it. What makes this product good or bad
What we need in order to quote
Send these four things and you get a written quote rather than a conversation about what you might need. Any hotel dessert supplier that cannot quote from this is guessing.
Product and format
Which item, and whether it goes into our packaging or your own. If you are not sure, tell us where it will be served and we will tell you which product fits.
Quantity and frequency
A one-off banquet count and a standing weekly order are priced differently. If this is a trial before a listing, say so, because that changes what we schedule.
Date and service time
The delivery date, and what time it needs to be on the floor. A window is more useful to us than a deadline and produces a more reliable commitment back to you.
Anything that would disqualify us
Documentation your procurement process requires, certification conditions, or storage limits at your property. Raise it first, not last. We would rather tell you early that we are not a fit. Halal and compliance
Talk to the kitchen, not a sales desk
Choosing a hotel dessert supplier should not take three meetings. Send your product, format, quantity and date, and you will get a written quote with a unit price, the minimum order and a lead time we can commit to. If we cannot meet your specification, you will hear that at the quote stage.
